I observed this PSN remotely using a 0.25-m f/3.4 hyperbolic astrograph +
unfiltered CCD (SBIG ST-10XME) at the RAS Observatory near Mayhill, NM, U.S.A.,
taken on 2011 11 23.473 UT as follows.

PSN    KC2011 11 23.47285 11 48 00.29 +04 29 48.4 16.6 H06
Center KC2011 11 23.47285 11 48 00.20 +04 29 16.8         H06

Position and magnitude are measured on an image composed from 3-frames
which were taken by each 120-seconds exposure under the limiting
magnitude = 18.5
Position and magnitude were measured using USNO-B1.0.

I have checked in Minor Planets by MPChecker databese and also TOCP LIST and
List of Recent Supernovae page.
Nothing is visible at the position of PSN on the Digitized Sky Survey(DSS2,
POSS2/UKSTU Red) taken at 1991 Jan. 23 (limiting red mag 18.8).
Nothing in AAVSO Search VSX database and GCVS database,.
