I have checked in Minor Planets by MPChecker databese and also TOCP LIST and List of Recent Supernovae page. Nothing is visible at the position of PSN on the Digitized Sky Survey(DSS2, POSS2/UKSTU Red) taken at 1991 Jan. 23 (limiting red mag 18.8). Nothing in AAVSO Search VSX database and GCVS database,.
